iOS 10 Picture issues

I have an iPhone 6S with 128gb of storage. Yesterday I updated to iOS10.0.1. Everything seemed fine. Yesterday afternoon I took pictures for work and numerous videos at my son's football game. Those pictures and videos are no where to be found. I do not have the "Optimize iPhone Storage" option selected. I go out to iCloud and it is empty as well.

Help.
